Tecnoservice was founded on May 2, 2001, in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil. From its inception to the present day, several structural changes have taken place within the company, transforming it into a benchmark in banking security in Brazil.

 

In 2001, the company began its operations as a service provider for the largest banks in the country. At that time, its main service was Technical Assistance for Safes and ATMs.

 

In 2005, Tecnoservice relocated to Valinhos, São Paulo, to be closer to its clients. This move increased both the quality and agility of its services.

 

In 2009, the company opened its manufacturing facility, producing parts and products for the Banking Automation sector.

 

In 2010, Tecnoservice launched its first product, ABP — a protection solution for ATMs and safes — which leveraged the development of new products.

 

In 2014, Tecnoservice introduced the Smart Safe, its first full product line solution, revolutionizing the Brazilian market. The company, which had previously served only the Banking Automation sector, expanded its operations to also serve the Retail market.

 

By 2016, the company was operating in a 3,700 m² manufacturing facility and producing more than 300 Smart Safes per year.

 

In 2020, Tecnoservice began providing manufacturing services to third parties, producing metal components and welded assemblies for various sectors such as automotive, mining, and logistics.

 

In 2024, another major expansion took place. Tecnoservice expanded its factory into a new 10,000 m² building, also located in Valinhos.

 

Today, with 25 years of history, Tecnoservice has more than 150 employees, including 40 technicians operating across several Brazilian states. The future holds even more technology and innovation in Cash Management and Automation for the Banking and Retail sectors, as well as continued growth in Brazil’s metalworking and heavy fabrication industries.
